ASTON AI expands with the arrival of a Customer Success Manager

The digital transformation of finance professions and the reduction of payment times for companies have never been so critical to remain competitive and continue to invest in growth. Against this backdrop of rapid growth, ASTON AI is recruiting a new Customer Success Manager.

His mission will be to install the platform in companies andsupport users in the use of our software. His arrival enables fintech ASTON AI to put the customer at the heart of the company’s strategy with its business expertise.

Jean-Michel Erault joined ASTON AI in March 2019. He was previously Credit Manager in several commercial and industrial companies, including SONY, MPO and TOUAX. He brings 25 years of experience in credit management (collection, factoring, credit insurance and litigation).
