Improving DSO and automating dunning – BUFAB’s feedback

Hi, Christophe Reynaud, I’ve been a credit manager with BUFAB France for 3 years now. I’m in charge of accounts receivable management, and in particular of securing our sales.

 

Why choose Credit Power – Aston AI?

We found that this solution was well suited to our needs. We’re currently working on a Swedish ERP system, which requires a lot of work in terms of data extraction. Today, the Aston solution has brought us a gain in DSO. We have automated numerous tasks that now save us 25 days. Since Aston’s launch, we’ve carried out 4,000 actions.

 

How did you go about setting up the platform?

Setting up the platform with the Aston teams went very smoothly. The first step was a team audit. They came to take a look and probe the customer base a little. We then drew up a set of specifications and took the necessary steps to get Credit Power up and running as quickly as possible.

How have you benefited from Credit Power and Aston AI?

Thanks to Credit Power, we’ve saved a lot of time, especially when it comes to automating the actions we’ve created via scenarios. So today we’re on a typical 7-hour day. Email reminder management takes 2/3 minutes. A letter takes us 5 minutes. This means an annual gain of 25 days. These are the figures to date.
