Aston AI’s intervention in the Redbridge Debt & Treasury Advisory study

Cash culture, supplier payment terms, customer payment terms, process digitization, innovative financing, factoring, reverse factoring… there are many subjects to master in order to optimize working capital requirements.

Redbridge Debt & Treasury Advisory has published a very interesting study on the optimization of the working capital of companies. Aston AI had the opportunity to testify. This study specifies the links, within large groups, between the treasury and the purchasing, commercial, sales administration and credit management functions.

The Redbridge consulting firm states that 70% of large companies surveyed use bank overdraft to finance their working capital.

According to Aston AI’s Marketing & Sales Manager, “companies, large or small, are faced with two challenges:innovate through digital to stay competitive and find cash to finance this transformation”. “Faced with these needs, optimizing working capital and cash culture play a strategic role,” he adds.

Aston AI offers a platform that aims to facilitate collection recovery, customer risk management and factoring of trade receivables.

“Companies ask us to automate the cash collection process to do it better and faster, to analyze performance and anticipate customer risk. Thanks to Big Data and AI, we can intelligently automate tasks, provide real-time business dashboards at each level of the company and analyze customer payment behavior to adapt dunning accordingly,” explains Théo . According to Aston AI, 60 to 80 percent of manual tasks can be reduced and collection times can be lowered by more than 20 percent.”
