He accompanies the company’s customers in their use of the software and its installation. User adoption of the platform is paramount and all efforts of the Customer Success team are geared towards this. He must also build customer loyalty and development. The Customer Success Manager must therefore be able to ensure a complete follow-up over the long term. It therefore becomes the guarantor of a successful customer experience!
